The European Union, echoing the UN's sentiments, emphasized its worry about the "spiral of violence" in the Middle East and beyond. EU spokesman Peter Stano stressed that the attacks in Pakistan, Iraq, and Iran violate sovereignty, territorial integrity, and contribute to regional destabilization.
India maintained a neutral stance, declaring the matter as one between Iran and Pakistan. India, however, reiterated its firm position of zero tolerance towards terrorism and acknowledged countries' actions in self-defense.
The Taliban, through its foreign ministry, urged diplomatic resolution, emphasizing that the two neighboring countries should address disputed issues through dialogue rather than escalating tensions.
Russia, as a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), called on Iran and Pakistan to exercise maximum restraint. Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted the regrettable nature of the situation between friendly SCO countries, emphasizing the need for cooperation and coordination with the authorities of the affected country in any anti-terrorist operation.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, following telephonic conversations with officials from both nations, stated that Iran and Pakistan desire de-escalation.
